反思:语言的互动是一种合作的互动,它不是单一的由教师作为起始点,在师生之间进行互动,而真正的互动应该是多维的,即从教师到学生,学生到教师,学生到学生,群体到个体,个体到群体,群体到群体,个体到个体等。作为一种行之有效的教学实践,它能够激发学生的学习热情,为学生提供独立思考,自主学习,倾听他人,相互交流和团结合作的机会,可以尽可能多的让更多的学生参与其中,充分发掘潜能,展现自我,发展个性和感受成功的空间。此片段中在warming-up阶段沈老师与学生进行了内容丰富的交流,让学生自己选择话题,师问生答、生问师答、师问齐答,在短短的两三分钟时间内与八位学生谈论了爱好、喜爱的食物、周末计划等,谈论过程中教师还引导学生一起进行更贴近生活,更真实自然的语言交流,这种多维互动的交流模式使课堂充满趣味性、自然性、和谐性和人文性,这种交流模式不需要与某一个学生进行长时间的交流,对交流者来说降低了交流的难度,同时又把机会给了全班同学,人人都可以参与,大大地激起了学生交流的欲望。
